How To Stop An Attacker Before He Can Injure You

By Kent C Wermer

Just while I had been looking at my 1/2 oz. 18% Wildfire pepper spray, someone else quickly gripped me from the rear, encircling my waist and capturing my left arm. I shouted and battled to become free. Luckily, I got the key ring of this particular key chain pepper spray around my own finger, thus it did not slide the minute I stepped on his foot. He yelled and released me.

I staggered and turned around, my own non-fatal gadget completely ready for release. I was able to point the hot pepper spray in his own face, and did he bellow in pain once more immediately after a two-second blast. They said it was a fast-acting pepper spray due to the extremely high OC (oleoresin capsicum) formulation. And I verified this.

The man's eyes slammed shut. He rubbed his face, most probably because of a burning sensation towards the skin. He groped around, and went into a terrible coughing fit. I could imagine the heat my own assailant could have endured when the pepper grains began entering his own skin.

He was on his own knees, continue to hold his chest, the second I made a decision to leave the crime scene. I was advised the effects would be endured for 30 minutes or so, and there was nothing to be worried about considering that defense spray leaves no irreversible harm.

The body's reaction to a powerful pepper spray, that one being rated at 3 million Scoville Heat Units, is quicker and much more intense when compared with normal. Mine's pepper is 100 % pure and also food-grade, that makes it risk-free as a defensive gadget.

In case I had not been checking the mini pepper spray, it would have been stashed inside my own hand, still permitting me to catch my very own aggressor off guard.

Self-defense sprays that are little but powerful create a handy combination. I don't need to spray a lot for the sought after effects to set in and cease aggressive behavior.

I am really thankful to my sibling for providing me the Wildfire self-defense spray as a birthday present. Today, I feel less risky about getting out of the house as well as strolling at night.
