Beeswax candles have a golden glow that can burn for long periods of time. It has a charm that is not present in other waxes. Many people prefer beeswax candles because of its rarity. Even though the product is quite expensive and cost at least ten times against paraffin, many people still prefer to use it. Due to the simple fact that these produced are being made chemically free and only created by bees. When purchasing one, make sure that it is one hundred percent made by beeswaxes.

The product itself is safe, non toxic and environment friendly. It burns nice and clean with just a little to none smoke when being trimmed the right way and they are not oil based. Beeswaxes are natural, biodegradable and undergo no chemical processing or whatsoever.

When melting the wax, make sure to do it slowly. Do not allow the material to exceed over the limit of melting point. This will make the material to lose its fragrance and aroma. If you want to try and create striped or tapered candle, simply lay one piece of wick on the edges and fold firmly the wax along and over it. Then squeeze it together but not too tightly. The wax would be slightly sticky and this will be easy. Start by rolling the candle and make it sure that it is being rolled tightly and evenly.

To melt the beeswax, you can use different methods and techniques. Try using a double boiler and put it in a stove with high temperature. It would also be possible to melt it using a bowl in a microwave oven. However, due to the materials high melting points, it will take so much time just to melt it. The bowl will also need to be able to resist the high temperature without breaking.

Allow the candle waxes to be fully hardened and cooled down. The process of making it cool down will take a few hours in order to harden. Once they are already light and firm, then the process is over and completed. You can now enjoy your creation. You can still make a few improvements and try out new fragrance oils and experiment on them.
