Technology changes are made to produce the best system which can be used efficiently. The target is designing software which can detect or show different results. Yet some can only do one thing while some can detect all required production data analysis. It is appropriate to have the affordable and low maintenance system as long as it covers all aspects of production, risk, and notifications required. Whereas some companies can afford to install and maintain for the best interest of the particular production.

Requires skilled personnel in understanding and interpreting the data correctly. Operator to know the type of data capturing system and its functions for the correct implementation and service procedure. Engineering techniques are changed on a daily basis to improve and increase production. The rate of production must be in line with all safety requirements in the military industry.

Keeping of records is not only an administrative duty but a professional conduct to be practiced at all times. This is not solely applied to an individual, but it is part of the computerized data capturing systems used. As much as most of it is collected manually there may need to note down on the system where applicable what is observed by the internal auditor.
