How I Escaped A Drunk Suitor

By Willem W Chicoine

It was my very first time to meet up with another person that I just met on the web. We had been communicating for a long time at that time and he appeared nice. It did not ever occur to me that I would need to use my own personal alarm with flashlight on him.

When he came to the cafe where the two of us agreed to meet, I observed that he looked drunk, enough that he was nowhere close to being sober at the soonest possible moment. I asked him to just call it a night and explained that I ought to go home, as well.

He came on to me so I turned my personal security alarm on. Personal alarm systems are handy for fending off wrongdoers as they can easily bring in attention to your situation and, because of that, frighten away your assailant.

This is just like how the whistle was utilized during the old times, I suppose. A portable alarm can assist you get the assistance you need. Keep in mind, though, that this cannot, in any way, cause harm to your own assailant, for better or worse.

What I own has a sleek, slim design that has a built-in flashlight, also. This can help me in dark places so I can find my way out of the situation I am in. This personal safety alarm system is also small and can conveniently fit in tiny hands, pockets or purses.

Its activation pin is attached to a wrist strap at the side of the alarming device. And as soon as the pin is taken away, it sounds a very ear-piercing alert at 130dB. I would bet this is great for workers who are typically on night shifts.

Right after I removed the pin on the flashlight alarm that I had on my own hand, it quickly caught the attention of the customers in the coffee shop and a number of staffers came to my aid at once.

I am thankful that my personal alarm with flashlight was efficient in getting the assistance that I needed. Next time, I will think hard before meeting with somebody I don't really know much.
