They prefer the use of naturally formed substances, that help them better than the one contained in the chemically manufactured tooth paste as a way to maintain their mouth hygiene. There are types of food like some green, fruits, and beans that are alkaline. Those who are interested in oral care by the use of natural ways are advised to consume them. Their level of alkaline is perfect, and thus they help control yours resulting in good bacteria regulation.

Saliva is a fluid that is crucial in maintaining a good mouth hygiene. But if one does not drink enough water the body will be dehydrated, and the saliva glands will not be able to produce enough saliva. This causes better chances of the bacteria developing. On the other hand, if one cannot brush their teeth after a meal the best way is to use water that will remove the food remains.

Clove helps reduce dental pains when one Is may be suffering from a tooth pains. Thus if one is not able to get to a dentist in that time or may be it happens in the night one can opt to use a clove. It contains some chemicals that help in pain control thus helping.

Gum inflammation is another stress causing mouth condition. Thanks to the discovery of the gel that an aloe Vera plant produces. Though it is a fear of its kind due to the nasty taste small quantities can be used to assist in relieving inflammation. Thus cautious use of this substance is helpful.
